The Government of Japan and Statesmen of Japan Should Demand China and North Korea to Release All the Political Prisoners

China insists that he set Tibetans free from their feudal system. This is the very dangerous statement, I think and guess.
 

I dare say that China is planning to annihilate Tibetans culturally. As you know, Chinese propagandistic organization maintains that China has abolished feudal system in Tibet and emancipated many slaves.

In Tibet, priests who have belonged to high officials of Buddhist society have been respected by people and been treated as living “Saints”.
 

Many people have dedicated their agricultural products as their sign of worship. These religious behaviors can be interpreted as the exploitation from the standpoint of

Marxism simply because priests get their income without doing labor. Priests belong to a feudal governing class according to dogma of Marxism.

 As you know, China insists that Dalai Lama is the “Devil”, and Separationist of mother land. China oppresses Tibetans who worship Dalai Lama, His Holiness, by sending them to forced labor camps as political prisoners.

China justifies this oppression as the emancipation struggle from the feudal system. This is the reality of history, that is entirely different from Chinese propaganda.

It is regrettable that very few Chinese people criticize this oppression.

As far as I know, very few people who participate in democratization movement of China denounce oppression of Tibetans by China.

 I think that China aims at corrupting Tibetans and priests by bribing in many ways. One of the important characteristics of Chinese traditional society is to bribe other people. If more and more Chinese people flow into Tibet from other areas, naturally they bribe Tibetans in order to make money there.

Bribing might be interpreted as one of methods of people in order to escape from oppression by China and North Korea. North Korean society is also filled with bribing and black markets.

If somebody in Tibet and North Korea is arrested as some kind of political reasons, in general, he will be sent to forced labor camps. In order to avoid this, people need to bribe secret police officials and bureaucrats.

 Then, what can we do? I would like to emphasize that the government of Japan and statesmen should demand China and North Korea to release all the political prisoners.

In order to make them do so, we need to ask our statesmen in the Diet to make speech on the present situation of severe human rights violation in Tibet and North Korea, especially situation of forced labor camps.

Our statesmen (senator and congressman) can ask the prime minister and the foreign minister in the Diet to state their opinion on the severe human rights violation of forced labor camps in China and North Korea.

It would be possible that high officials in the government of Japan evade this and make obscure speech.

In this case, we need to change the present government to the new efficient one that fights against China and North Korea. Both China and North Korea are the enemies of democratic force in the world, I dare appeal.

先日、北朝鮮が弾道ミサイル実験に失敗しました。北朝鮮当局の発表では、ミサイル（人工衛星？）は沖縄上空付近を通過するはずでした。

これに対し、沖縄の自称「反戦・平和勢力」「民主勢力」の皆さんは、ミサイルからの防衛を担当する自衛隊の部隊を沖縄に配置することが、「軍拡につながる。戦争を招く」などと主張し、強く反対していました。

「反戦・平和」「民主勢力」の皆さんは、「憲法九条を守れ」と叫べば、沖縄に撃ち込まれたかもしれない弾道ミサイルを破壊できるとでも思っているのでしょうか。

当たり前のことですが、弾道ミサイルを沖縄付近めがけて発射したのは北朝鮮であり、日本の自衛隊ではありません。

自衛隊は沖縄にミサイルが着弾して住民がとんでもない被害を蒙ることを防ぐために、沖縄に派遣されただけです。

ミサイル防衛網により沖縄県民の生命と人権を守ることが「軍拡につながる。戦争を招く」ということなら、「戦争を防ぐ」「軍備縮小」のためには、沖縄県民は北朝鮮の弾道ミサイルの犠牲になってしまえということになりませんか。自衛隊の沖縄配備に反対することは、沖縄県民の生命と人権を脅かし、中国と北朝鮮の戦意を触発する愚行なのです。

「憲法九条を守れ」と喧伝する方々は、北朝鮮や中国が徹底的な戦争国家であり、いつでも日本に戦争を仕掛けてきうることを直視できないのです。「憲法九条を守れ』の皆さんは、中国と北朝鮮による過酷な人権抑圧の実態についても直視できません。

中国と北朝鮮の真実を多くの日本人がより深くしるようになってしまえば、「そんな凶暴な国家がすぐそばにあるのに、自衛隊を解散してしまえば日本国家と日本人が徹底的に蹂躙されるだけだ。憲法九条や憲法の前文など空理空論の極みだな」と いう当然の認識が日本人の中に広まり、「反戦・平和勢力」「民主勢力」がより弱小勢力となってしまいます。

「反戦・平和勢力」「民主勢力」の皆さんは、中国と北朝鮮の真実について日本国民の中で議論が広がっていくことを、心の底から恐れています。この人たちにとって最も大事なことは、日本国家が中国や北朝鮮に完全に従属し、国家としても機能を停止させることなのです。

日本国家と日本人が中国と北朝鮮の要求を全て受け入れるようになれば、中国や北朝鮮としてはあえて日本人を弾道ミサイルや核兵器で殺戮する誘因はなくなりますから、「戦争を防ぎ、平和を守る」ことになるのでしょう。

北朝鮮の革命理論ではこのような状態を「我が国（北朝鮮）の自主権の擁護」あるいは「全社会の金日成主義化」と把握します。「我が国の自主権擁護」とはまた、北朝鮮が思いのままに日本人を拉致する権利が保証されることでもあります。

中国から見れば、日本をはじめとする周辺諸国が偉大なる宗主国である中国に完全に従属するべきであるということはあまりにも当たり前のことです。

日本や朝鮮半島はもとより、東南アジア、インド、ネパール、モンゴル、あるいはアフリカ諸国も含めて、中国に隷属すべきであるという発想を、相当数の中国人は持っています。

「中国、加油！」という中国人の叫び声の本音はこれだと私は考えています。中国人（漢族）の立場から見れば、チベット人やウイグル人、モンゴル人などが信教の自由や思想信条の自由、表現の自由を要求することなど、宗主国に対する冒涜でしかありません。「分離主義者」は「悪魔」なのです。

日本人は眼を覚まさねばなりませんね。

朝鮮総連関係者は北朝鮮に金と物資を運び、金正日による核軍拡を支援してきました。朝鮮総連関係者による北朝鮮への資金と物資の流れを止めることこそ、核軍拡、ミサイル開発を防ぐために日本が第一になすべきことです。

北朝鮮を訪問した全ての在日韓国・朝鮮人の日本への再入国を、政府は拒否するべきです。永住許可を取り消すべきなのです。

定住外国人に参政権を与えてはなりません。

私たちは、兵庫県芦屋市、西宮市を主な活動地域として、北朝鮮に拉致されている日本人を救出するための諸活動を行っています。被拉致日本人を救出するためには、北朝鮮に対する経済制裁を抜本的に強化するべきです。

朝鮮商工人の納税額と日韓併合期に関する歴史認識は何の関係もありません。朝鮮総連関係者による金正雲への献金を禁止するべきです。北朝鮮に電力支援などを行えば、強制収容所の周囲に張り巡らされている鉄条網に流れている電流強化に使用されるだけです。北朝鮮の現体制が続く限り、一切の支援を行うべきではありません。

北朝鮮では金日成や金正日に対するちょっとした不満を述べただけでも「政治犯」とされ、「管理所」と呼ばれる強制収容所で長年囚人労働を強制されてしまいます。強制収容所に収容されている囚人数は、一説には20万を超えているといわれています。北朝鮮で政治的な抑圧から逃れるためには、日頃から労働党幹部や国家安全保衛部（政治犯を逮捕する警察）に外貨などの賄賂を渡しておかねばなりません。中国社会でも、「政治犯」にされてしまった人が公安警察にいくらか賄賂を渡せば、過酷な刑罰から多少は逃れることができるようです。

では我々日本人は、北朝鮮当局による過酷な人権抑圧に対しどのように行動すべきなのでしょうか。

日本政府は北朝鮮当局に、「政治犯」の釈放と拷問禁止を要求するべきです。我々は政治家に北朝鮮による過酷な政治犯抑圧の現状を話し、政治家が国会などで直接、総理大臣や外務大臣に「総理から国連や六か国協議で、政治犯に対する拷問をやめることを北朝鮮に要求してください」と問いただしてもらいましょう。

我が国には、北朝鮮の従僕である朝鮮総連と親密な関係を築いている政治家はいくらでもいます。朝鮮総連幹部に政治家が直接、「貴方たちから『政治犯収容所で囚人労働を強制されている政治犯を全員釈放してください』と金正雲に要求してください。貴方たちの親族の中にも、政治犯にされてしまった人がいるのでしょう」と言っていただきましょう。
